What's Your Favorite Smoothie?
Here's the recipe for my all-time favorite smoothie. It will fill you up and get you going in the morning!
1 cup coconut water
1 scoop organic whey protein
1 scoop super greens powder
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 avocado
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
